Kansas Awards Aging & Disability Resource Center Contract To Liberty Healthcare Corporation

On March 31, 2025, the Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services (KDADS) announced the selection of Liberty Healthcare Corporation (Liberty) for a contract to manage the state’s comprehensive Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) system. This contract award marks a shift in vendor management of ADRC operations. Since 2019, KDADS contracted with the SouthWest Kansas Area Agency on Aging (SWKAAA) for ADRC services, which subcontracted with the network of the other 10 Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs) for some coverage.
