Kansas DCF Awards $40.5 Million In Family Preservation Contracts
On September 13, 2019, the Kansas Department for Children and Families (DCF) awarded family preservation grants with an aggregate value of $40.5 million to Douglas County Citizens Committee on Alcoholism (DCCCA), TFI Family Services, and Cornerstones of Care. The contracts run from January 1, 2020 through June 30, 2024, followed by one additional two-year renewal option. DCCCA was awarded contracts for the Kansas City and Wichita Regions; its contracts together are valued at $13.5 million.
