Kansas Medicaid To Launch OneCare Kansas Care Coordination Program
The Kansas Medicaid program is preparing to launch the OneCare Kansas (OCK) care coordination program on January 1, 2020. OCK is a Medicaid health home model that will provide coordination of physical and behavioral health care with long term services and supports for people with chronic conditions. The state previously operated Medicaid health homes starting in 2014, but terminated the option in 2016.
