Kansas Medicaid To Launch OneCare Kansas Care Coordination Program

The Kansas Medicaid program is preparing to launch the OneCare Kansas (OCK) care coordination program on January 1, 2020. OCK is a Medicaid health home model that will provide coordination of physical and behavioral health care with long term services and supports for people with chronic conditions.
