Correct Care Solutions was the only company to submit a bid to the Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services (KDADS) procurement office to operate Osawatomie State Hospital (OSH). The Kansas Department of Administration and KDADS are evaluating the proposal; there is no timeline for whether or when a contract award might be recommended to the state legislature, which must approve before a contract can be finalized.
