Kentucky Awards Grants For Jail-Based & Parolee Medication-Assisted Opioid Treatment Programs

On November 10, 2015, the Kentucky Department of Corrections (DOC) released $3 million in grants to expand access to opioid addiction treatment and to fund medication-assisted opioid treatment (MAT) for state prisoners, county jail inmates, and parolees.
