Kentucky Governor Signs Emergency Measures To Correct Department Of Juvenile Justice Practices
Kentucky plans to enhance safety at Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) facilities by implementing two emergency regulations signed by Governor Andy Beshear on September 25, 2025.
