On November 7, 2022, Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear, announced the Kentucky Department of Corrections' (DOC's) "Prison to Pipeline" program. The goal of this program is for each inmate in the state's 13 state prisons and 19 local jails to obtain employment even before returning to society. Information is not available regarding what types of jobs might be offered to inmates.
