Kentucky Medicaid Launches PACE Model, Seeks To Expand Number Of PACE Organizations & Counties Served

On September 13, 2022, the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services (CHFS) announced that the state certified two Programs of All-Inclusive Services for the Elderly (PACE). The inaugural PACE organizations are Horizon PACE and Bluegrass Care Navigators, which cover 19 counties. The CHFS Department for Medicaid Services (DMS) is actively working to expand program availability to new counties.
