On June 27, 2018, Woods Services (Woods) opened an expanded medical center, featuring a patient-centered medical home (PCMH) program for Keystone First members with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and complex medical challenges. The team-based PCMH program will also serve 500 additional individuals who already receive care from Woods. Besides the PCMH program, the medical center will also offer free, on-site primary medical care to all 1,900 Woods employees, and will serve as a "community medical hub" for qualifying neighbors with I/DD in the near future.
