Long-Term Care Wages Increase 3.2% Over 12 Months Ending December 2025
Wages and salaries for staff at nursing homes and long-term care facilities increased 3.2% for the 12-month period ending in December 2025, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics’ Employment Cost Index (ECI).
The ECI measures changes in wages, salaries, and employer benefit costs for civilian workers in private industry and state and local government.
