Los Angeles County Moves Forward On Recommendations For Child Protection

On February 4, 2014, The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors agreed to study the feasibility of implementing recommendations to improve the county child welfare system and improve child safety through greater coordination between law enforcement, public health and the county Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS).
