Lucas County Ohio Issues RFP For Juvenile Justice Reentry Program

On August 19, 2016, the Mental Health and Recovery Services Board of Lucas County, Ohio released a request for proposals (RFP) seeking organizations to provide reentry services to youth returning to Lucas County from the Ohio Department of Youth Services (ODYS). The incumbent to the contract is TASC of Northwest Ohio (TASC). The contract with TASC runs through October 31, 2016.

Proposals are due by September 15, 2016. The board anticipates making contract announcements by October 18, 2016. The projected start date is November 1, 2016. The initial contract term runs through June 30, 2017, followed by a one-year . . .
