Maine Awards Statewide Youth Peer Support Network Contract To Community Care

The Maine Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) awarded a contract valued at $1.5 million to Community Care to provide Youth Peer Support Statewide Network (YPSSN) services. The initial contract term was slated to begin April 1, 2025, and run through March 31, 2027, followed by two two-year renewal periods ending March 31, 2030. The goal of the YPSSN is to provide youth diagnosed with serious emotional disturbance (SED) and/or serious mental illness (SMI) with youth-guided services focused on recovery, resilience, and well-being.
