Maine Contracts With Fedcap Rehabilitation Services To Administer TANF Program
The Maine Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) selected Fedcap Rehabilitation Services to administer its Temporary Assistance For Needy Families (TANF) program. Under this $63 million contract, Fedcap will be responsible for operating the state’s Additional Support for People in Retraining and Employment (ASPIRE) program which helps TANF recipients prepare for and find employment. Services are provided for up to six months after the participant has exited TANF assistance with employment.
