Maryland’s Baltimore County To Increase Access To Grant-Funded Medication Assisted Treatment Expansion & Peer Recovery Specialist Services
Baltimore County, Maryland is planning to increase access to grant-funded medication assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid treatment and peer recovery services. The request for proposals (RFP P-264) was released on June 22, 2020, and proposals were due by July 8, 2020. Organizations that currently provide MAT, or those that would like to begin to provide MAT, will be able to add the services of Certified Peer Recovery Specialists (CPRS) to provide social support services to people receiving treatment.
