Mass General Brigham To Expand Hospital-At-Home Program Capacity
Mass General Brigham, a Massachusetts-based health system, intends to expand its Home Hospital program capacity within the next 2.5 years. Currently, the Home Hospital program serves 25 consumers annually; the goal is to expand to serving 200 consumers annually. To achieve this goal, the system hopes to have 90 hospital-at-home beds managed across Massachusetts General Hospital, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Newton-Wellesley Hospital, and Salem Hospital by the end of 2023.
