Massachusetts Planning To Cut Juvenile Justice Recidivism By 50%
The Massachusetts Department of Youth Services (DYS) is planning to reduce juvenile justice recidivism rates by 50%. DYS announced this goal on October 14, 2015, after it was awarded a planning grant valued at $190,000 from the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP).
