In October 2019, Alignment Healthcare announced it is forming partnerships to provide members with supplemental home-based and social support services. These new services will be incorporated in Alignment Healthcare’s “ACCESS On-Demand Concierge” whole person care program.

As of 2020, new offerings in select markets of Alignment Healthcare include:

Twenty-four-hour access to a board-certified physician by telephone or video conference.
In-home primary care service coverage provided by house-call startup Heal.
Non-emergency medical transportation through Uber Health (announced on December 3, 2019).
A monthly grocery benefit, for members who have certain chronic conditions . . .
