Medicare FFS Admissions To Nursing Homes Declined By 13% In 2023

During calendar year 2023, the number of Medicare fee-for-service (FFS) beneficiaries admitted to a skilled nursing facility (SNF) declined by 13.8%, from 1.9 million during 2022 to 1.6 million during 2023.
