Mental Health America Announces ‘Bell Seal For Workplace Mental Health’ National Employer Certification Program
On February 6, 2020, Mental Health America (MHA) announced the first recipients of its new "Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health" national employer certification. The program examines organizations based on five categories: Workplace culture; health insurance and benefits; employee perks and programs; legal and ethical compliance; and leadership and community engagement. A Bell Seal-certified organization sets itself apart as a workplace that values mental health and a mentally healthy work environment for all employees. The program soft launch date was November 5, 2019.
