The mHealth FOCUS early intervention program for serious mental illness (SMI) used over three months produced the same clinical outcomes at half the cost of Wellness Recovery Action Planning (WRAP) in-person group treatment. The purpose of both interventions is to reduce psychiatric symptom severity, improve recovery rates, and improve satisfaction with treatment.
