On October 1, 2024, the Minnesota Department of Human Services, Aging & Disability Services Division launched the new Medicaid Community First Services and Supports (CFSS) program to provide home- and community-based services (HCBS) for beneficiaries needing assistance with activities of daily living, instrumental activities of daily living, health-related tasks, or behavior monitoring and redirection.
