Minnesota Medicaid is planning to provide Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) programs as an alternative for beneficiaries dually eligible for Medicare, according to a recently released request for information (RFI 2000016547). The RFI is the state’s first effort to implement legislation adopted in 2024, House File 4839, that directed the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) to prepare and submit a PACE Medicaid state plan amendment for federal approval by October 1, 2024.
