On July 6, 2021, the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) released a request for proposals (RFP) seeking provider organizations to serve as Integrated Health Partnerships (IHPs). The IHPs serve Medicaid beneficiaries enrolled in fee-for-service Medical Assistance or MinnesotaCare managed care. Proposals are due by September 1, 2021. The three-year contracts are projected to run from January 1, 2022, until December 31, 2024, followed by up to two additional one-year terms.
