The Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) released a request for proposals (RFP) for provider organizations interested in participating in the Medicaid Integrated Health Partnerships (IHP) Demonstration, an accountable care model that serves Medicaid and MinnesotaCare. Currently, 25 IHPs serve more than 530,000 beneficiaries. The IHP model has two options: the non-risk Track 1, and Track 2 with upside and downside risk.

The RFP was released on May 31, 2024. A letter of intent is due by August 2, 2024, with proposals due by August 14, 2024. The contracts will run from January 1, 2025, through December 31 . . .
