Minnesota Rebids Two Medicaid Managed Care Programs For Seniors & Adults With Disabilities
On October 25, 2021, the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) released requests for proposals (RFPs) for two of the state’s Medicaid managed care programs for seniors and adults with disabilities. Both RFPs are seeking managed care organizations (MCOs) to cover health services in all 87 counties. Responses are due by February 18, 2022. The initial contract terms are slated to begin January 1, 2023, and run through December 31, 2023, followed by up to five optional years.
