On July 3, 2023, the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) released a request for proposals (RFP) for provider organizations interested in participating in the state’s Integrated Health Partnerships (IHP) Demonstration, an accountable care model that serves Medicaid and MinnesotaCare. The program currently serves more than 520,000 beneficiaries.
