Minnesota Seeks Proposals For Innovative Strategies For Serving People With Disabilities

On July 30, 2018, the Minnesota Department of Human Services, through its Disability Services Division (DSD) released a request for proposals for grants to support innovative strategies to improve outcomes for people with disabilities. Proposals are due by September 14, 2018. DSD is particularly interested in proposals to help people eligible for or receiving home- and community-based services (HCBS) to work in rewarding jobs, live where they choose, and connect with their communities.
