Minnesota Releases RFP For Health Plans Covering Senior Dual Eligibles For Health & Long-Term Care Services
On February 25, 2019, the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) released a request for proposals (RFP) for prepaid health care and long-term care services for older adults enrolled in Medical Assistance under the Minnesota Senior Health Care Options (MSHO) and Minnesota Senior Care Plus (MSC+) programs. The MSHO/MSC+ Medical Assistance programs cover individuals ages 65 and older who are fully eligible for Medicaid, including people with Medicare. Proposals are due May 17, 2019, but a mandatory responder's conference is scheduled for March 18, 2019.
