Minnesota’s Hennepin County To Launch Systems Of Care Wraparound Services Pilot For Youth With Severe Emotional Disturbance

Hennepin County Minnesota is preparing to launch a systems of care wraparound pilot program for youth ages 4 through 17 years who have severe emotional disturbance. On February 14, 2019, the county of Human Services and Public Health Department issued a request for proposals (RFP HNCTY-HFP0000031) seeking one or more contractors to develop the system of care and implement the pilot.
