Missouri Seeks Foster Care Case Management Services

On July 30, 2015, the Missouri Department of Social Services (DSS), Children’s Division released a request-for-proposal (RFP B3Z16031) seeking foster care case management (FCCM) services. Proposals were due August 18, 2015. The contractors will provide case management services for children in out-of-home placements, resource home development, community resource development, and family-centered services for parents, siblings, and legal guardians of children in DSS custody and placed in out-of-home care. The awarded contracts are slated to run through September 30, 2016; however, the RFP did not note the anticipated contract start date.
