More Than 80% Of Senior Living Organizations Report Staffing Challenges
Senior living provider organizations report serious staffing challenges according to responses to two surveys of provider organizations. About 83% of senior living operators report staffing difficulties, according to a survey conducted by National Investment Center (NIC). About 87% of assisted living provider organizations report difficulties hiring staff, and 48% report that workforce issues may force them to close facilities, according to the National Center for Assisted Living (NCAL).
