Most Americans Comfortable With AI In Health Care
About 70% of people responding to a national poll about the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in health care settings said they were comfortable with AI taking notes during an appointment. However, 56% said they found AI “at little scary,” and 70% had concerns about data privacy.
Additional findings were as follows:
75% said using AI to minimize human error is important.
66% believe AI applications could be used to improve work-life balance for health care professionals.
71% said they would like AI to reduce appointment wait times.
