Nebraska Child Welfare Outcomes & Costs Similar For State-Run & Privatized Regions

The outcomes and the costs of caring for children involved with Nebraska's child welfare system are similar for the privatized region served by Nebraska Families Collaborative (NFC) and the regions served by the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).
