Nebraska DHHS Awards Case Management Contract To Nebraska Families Collaborative

On March 30, 2017, the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) announced its intent to contract with Nebraska Families Collaborative (NFC) to provide full-service case management for both in-home and out-of-home children in Douglas and Sarpy counties, which comprise the DHHS Eastern Service Area. The contract, valued at up to $71.5 million annually, is slated to begin by July 1, 2017. The initial five-year term is followed by two one-year renewal options.
