Nebraska Seeks Behavioral Health & Parenting Skills Services Through The Families First Prevention Services Act

The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is seeking behavioral health and parenting skills contractors to provide services for the Families First Prevention Services Act (FFPSA), which Nebraska intends to implement by October 1, 2019. To meet that goal, on May 3, 2019, DHHS issued two requests for qualifications (RFQs). One RFQ seeks evidence-based substance abuse and mental health services.
