Nevada Partners With OpenBeds For Online Platform To Track Availability Of Behavioral Health Services
On October 5, 2020, the Nevada Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) announced Nevada Health Connection, a network that is supported by an information technology (IT) platform called OpenBeds, an Appriss Health company that tracks availability of inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services and streamlines referrals. At launch, 50 behavioral health programs are participating. Nevada Health Connection provides real-time information on bed availability, provides digital referrals, facilitates two-way communication between provider organizations, and provides data aggregation and analytics.
