New Entities– Psych Hospitals, Long-Term Care, Small Clinics – Required To Participate In California’s Data Exchange By January 2026
By the end of January 2026, California’s psychiatric hospitals, rehabilitation hospitals, and small non-profit clinics and physician practices will be required to participate in the statewide, secure, and real-time date exchange under the state’s Data Exchange Framework (DxF).
