The New Jersey Department of Children and Families (DCF) is expanding the Collaborative Behavioral Health Care Program statewide, from the current four regions, to all nine regions. Through regional hubs, the program provides a best practice collaborative care model between primary care physicians (PCPs) and child mental health and substance use disorder specialists in order to provide for the timely screening, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of behavioral health disorders of children, youth, and young adults served by the program
