New Jersey Makes Hospital-At-Home Model A State Program
On January 23, 2024, New Jersey established a "Hospital at Home" permitting process through the state Department of Health (DOH). Hospitals granted a permit will be able to implement the model which allows for people who would otherwise be admitted to the hospital to receive a similar level of care in their homes.
