New Jersey Rebids Coordinated Specialty Care Program For First Episode Psychosis

The New Jersey Department of Human Services (DHS) is rebidding a pair of coordinated care programs statewide for contracts to begin in March 2024 for people with early onset serious mental illness and psychosis. The programs, Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC) and Community Integration (CSC-CI), are funded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration’s (SAMHSA) Community Mental Health Block Grant. The CSC program will serve individuals ages 15 to 35 for up to two years, and the CSC-CI program will serve individuals aged 15 and older for as long as needed based on the “Stepped Care . . .
