New York Medicaid Selects 51 Emerging Provider Systems From 88 Applications For Delivery System Reform Program

The New York Department of Health (DOH) selected 51 regional coalitions as emerging “Performing Provider Systems” (PPS) from the 88 applications submitted by coalitions proposing projects  for the state's $6.42 billion Delivery System Reform Incentive Payments (DSRIP) program to reduce avoidable hospital use by 25% over five years. The coalitions submitted their plans and proposed provider organization networks for DSRIP projects in letters of intent (LOI) to DOH between April 29 and May 15, 2014.
