The New York State Department of Health (DOH) released a request for applications (RFA) to rebid its contracts for regional resource developmental centers (RRDCs) to administer home- and community-based services (HCBS) for two of the state’s 1915(c) Medicaid waivers. The RFA is for the Nursing Home Transition and Diversion (NHTD) waiver and the Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) waiver. DOH plans to contract with not-for-profit entities to manage between one and nine of the state’s geographic regions.
