North Carolina Expands ‘Success Coach’ Program Statewide To Support Families After Foster Care
On April 1, 2025, the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS) expanded its Success Coach program statewide to provide aftercare services to families that have been reunited after having a child in foster care. NCDHHS intends to invest more than $16.5 million in state and federal funding to transition Success Coach statewide over the next three years.
