North Carolina Issues RFP For Assessment To Reform Child Welfare & Social Services

The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is preparing to reform its child welfare and social services operations. On September 29, 2017, DHHS issued a request for proposals (RFP 13-SL2017-41HB630) seeking an assessment of the current system and recommendations for reform.
