North Carolina Medicaid Reports Better Health Outcomes & $164 PMPM Lower Medicaid Costs From Healthy Opportunities Pilots
North Carolina's Healthy Opportunities Pilots (HOP) program reduced Medicaid health care costs by an average of $164 per member per month (PMPM) for the 31,597 people enrolled in the program, according to the results of a multi-year evaluation.
