On August 9, 2018, the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) released a request for proposal (RFP 30-190029-DHB) seeking bids from organizations wishing to participate in Medicaid managed care as prepaid health plans (PHPs) that will provide integrated physical health, behavioral health, and pharmacy services.
