North Carolina To Implement Person-Centered Practice Collaborative Services For People With Disabilities

The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities and Substance Use Services (DMHDDSUS) seeks to implement a person-centered practice collaborative for organizations serving people with disabilities. To support the effort, the state released a request for proposals (RFP 30-25190-DMH) on March 19, 2025, seeking a contractor to develop and facilitate a state-wide, disability-wide, and all-inclusive Person-Centered Practice Collaborative that is based on utilization of existing North Carolina Person-Centered Planning Guidance and the state's Person-Centered Plan/Crisis Plan.
