Northwest Iowa Care Connections Awards Crisis Line Contract To Seasons Center For Behavioral Health

On July 1, 2016, Seasons Center for Behavioral Health launched a new 24-hour crisis phone line contract with Northwest Iowa Care Connections (NWICC). NWICC is the regional mental health and disability services management entity for residents of Clay, Dickinson, Lyon, O’Brien, Osceola, and Palo Alto counties in Iowa.

Seasons Center regained the contract from Foundation 2, which had held the contract since July 1, 2015. Prior to that date, Seasons Center held the call center contract. NWICC approved the contract change at its May 24, 2016 meeting.
