Ohio Advances Statewide MyCare Expansion With Phase 2 FIDE-SNP Rollout
The Ohio Medicaid program launched Phase 2 of its MyCare expansion for individuals dually eligible for Medicare and Medicaid, according to an April 1, 2026, announcement. MyCare is a fully integrated Medicare Advantage dual eligible special needs plan (D-SNP). As of April 1, 2026, an additional ten counties were added to the program’s existing footprint of 29 counties. By August 1, 2026, the remaining 29 counties will be added, with new counties being added May 1, June 1, July 1, and August 1. The program currently serves more than 250,000 Ohioans
